At Clivet Aircon our health and safety policy is constantly updated and all of our engineers are trained and conversant with the legislation that is relevant to their specialist area. Internal risk assessments are produced for all of our clients’ sites.
The Company is externally audited and responsibilities are taken at director level for all health and safety procedures. In addition, Clivet Aircon retains specialist health and safety consultants to provide updates and training on current legislation and good practice.All Clivet Aircon engineers attend regular external training courses to keep them fully up to date with new types of plant and equipment, new techniques and practices, the latest developments in refrigerants and all appropriate legislation. The Clivet Aircon workshop facility has been fully equipped specifically for the repair and refurbishment of Versatemp water sourced heat pump units and complies with original manufactured designs.We are able to replace original components with genuine Versatemp spare parts, which are readily available from our own Clivet stocks within the UK.
On receipt of an order, we arrange the collection of units using our own fleet of vehicles. This facility extends to the removal and re-installation of the units by Clivet, Versatemp trained engineers, if required. Once at the Clivet workshop, all units are subjected to a comprehensive operating test in order to establish what work needs to be carried out. The extent of the programme of work will be discussed and agreed with the customer. This ensures that there are no surprise costs.
When repaired or completely refurbished, units are fully tested and returned to the customer. Our commitment to quality provides a guarantee of workmanship for a period of 12 months following a full refurbishment and repair on parts replaced.
As a result of our extensive knowledge of water sourced heat pump technology, our engineers are suitably qualified to undertake the servicing and repair of other manufacturers’ products.
